how long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your products to be processed and shipped. We ship worldwide using USPS which comes with domestic tracking. We try to get your products shipped as soon as possible, but if you need to meet a deadline, please let us know this before placing your order.
what if my package is lost or stolen?
While we work diligently to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, The Trilogy Design Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information or carrier-related delays. Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase.
Additionally, The Trilogy Design Co. cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local USPS office directly. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier cannot be replaced, as it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and secure delivery information at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. All original tags must be attached. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Custom Orders:
Due to their personalized nature, custom designs and embroidery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
